Hover city is a company based out Austin Texas and operates globally.
Founded in 2021 out of the necessity to redesign a future that reflects the dramatic shift in human behavior due to sustainability, digitalization and decentralization.
But after the city of the founder, Beirut, was completely destroyed due to a man-made explosion, we realized the power of what we are building in helping people find a reliable shelter instantly.
Our unique product can help provide shelter to the most vulnerable, temporary structures for events and festivals, and at the same time inspire the most tech savvy with our unprecedented innovation and imagination.

Hover City Overview
With over 15 years in architecture and transportation design, I combined expertise from automotive and aerospace manufacturing to create high-quality prefab homes that are lightweight, quick to manufacture, and fully plug-and-play.
By using a single sheet metal system to form every element of the HoverHaus, we’ve significantly reduced cost while increasing speed, volume, and quality - delivering affordable transitional housing that preserves dignity and integration.
To date we’ve:

Engineered and built 3 prototypes, sold one, and developed multiple proprietary inventions

Signed a $700k, 15-unit dormitory pilot contract with a university in Austin, TX

Secured LOIs for over 1,000 units for veteran housing and disaster relief

Received full exemption from the City of Austin to deploy our MVP as part of its anti-gentrification strategy
The dormitory project has been approved by the city, with full exemption in an effort to fight against gentrification
